Have you always wanted to learn to quilt, but weren’t sure where to start? In this beginning class, Diane will teach the basics of rotary cutting and piecing simple squares. Learn how to add borders, try both hand and machine quilting, and learn how to put on a binding. Bring your sewing machine to class. Please be sure your sewing machine is in good working order – it will be the key to your success. The book, Start Quilting, by Alex Anderson, is included in the class fee. This is a four-part class. Tuesdays, October 5, 12, 19, and 26, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
